Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing begins once we have received your order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a notification to inform you that your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
At Yestelle, we strive to make shopping as easy and affordable as possible. Therefore, we apply standard shipping rates that are favorable to our customers. In most cases, our shipments are free, unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy
At Yestelle, we understand that sometimes a product does not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have established a return policy to assist you in such situations. Here are the details of our return policy:
Return Period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after the delivery date, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refund
Upon return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding the shipping costs for the return. Please note that there are some items that we cannot accept for return due to hygiene rules, but we will clearly indicate this with the relevant product.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we kindly request that you contact us immediately at goedele.rappe2@gmail.com. Please ensure that you state your order number and include a photo of the condition of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and aim for a satisfactory solution.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund has been approved, the amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days, which is usually faster.
Order Process

Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-3 business days after their arrival at our warehouse.

Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
